O profissional para atuar na Gestão de Projetos, sendo responsável por coordenar e acompanhar novas iniciativas desde sua concepção e especificação até a efetiva implementação.A posição terá papel importante na conexão entre as necessidades dos clientes e das áreas de negócio com os times responsáveis pela execução, garantindo clareza de escopo, documentação, responsabilidades, cronogramas e acompanhamento das entregas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o levantamento e entendimento das necessidades de novos projetos.Estruturar escopo, requisitos, especificações e documentação necessária para execução.Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas, marcos, dependências e planos de implementação.Coordenar a comunicação entre clientes, fornecedores, áreas de negócio e equipes internas envolvidas.Acompanhar a execução dos projetos, identificando riscos, impedimentos e desvios de prazo.Garantir que responsabilidades e próximos passos estejam claramente definidos entre os envolvidos.Atuar proativamente na resolução de problemas e na articulação entre as áreas para destravar entregas.Organizar e conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, registrando decisões, responsáveis e prazos.Apoiar a implementação e entrada em operação dos projetos, acompanhando a transição até sua estabilização.Produzir apresentações, reports e materiais executivos sobre andamento, riscos e resultados dos projetos.DiferenciaisExperiência com projetos digitais e/ou tecnologia.Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projetos, como Jira, Monday, Asana ou similares.Experiência com ferramentas de BI, como Power BI.Background em empresas ou projetos relacionados ao segmento esportivo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Gestão de Projetos, implementação, Customer Success, Key Account ou áreas correlatas, preferencialmente em ambientes com múltiplos projetos e stakeholders.Capacidade de estruturar projetos desde o entendimento da demanda até sua implementação, incluindo levantamento de requisitos, especificação, documentação, cronograma e acompanhamento das entregas.Organização e capacidade de gestão simultânea de diferentes projetos, prioridades, dependências e prazos.Boa comunicação e capacidade de interlocução com clientes, fornecedores, áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas.Capacidade de construir apresentações, documentos e materiais executivos, traduzindo temas técnicos e complexos de maneira objetiva.Perfil analítico, proativo, orientado à resolução de problemas e ao cumprimento de prazos.Conhecimento do segmento esportivo será considerado um diferencial.
