Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE BUSCAMOS:Liderança e gestão da área: garantir performance, alinhamento institucional e alta qualidade operacional;Gestão da equipe: desenvolver os assistentes, analistas e supervisores da área, organizar prioridades e assegurar entregas;Planejamento estratégico anual e definição de metas: orientar as campanhas e direcionar a operação para resultados sustentáveis;Acompanhamento de KPIs estratégicos e análise de dados: identificar oportunidades, riscos e ações de alto impacto;Aprovação de materiais, campanhas e fluxos automatizados: garantir coerência institucional, qualidade e alinhamento estratégico;Relacionamento institucional de alto nível com universidades: fortalecer parcerias estratégicas e expandir presença institucional;Condução de reuniões com diretoria e áreas internas: alinhar processos, decisões estratégicas e demandas corporativas;Gestão de crises, negociações e situações sensíveis: preservar relacionamentos estratégicos e garantir estabilidade da operação;Otimização contínua de processos e políticas da área: aumentar eficiência, escalar resultados e reduzir retrabalho.

Requisitos e qualificações O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:Domínio avançado de CRM (especialmente Salesforce);Domínio de Marketing Cloud, automações e fluxos complexos;Técnicas de planejamento estratégico e análise de indicadores;Gestão de equipes diversas e multiculturais (assistentes, analistas, supervisores);Conhecimento profundo do setor educacional e das dinâmicas institucionais;Capacidade de negociação com altos cargos acadêmicos;Domínio de dashboards, relatórios estratégicos e análise de dados;Habilidade avançada em comunicação institucional;Conhecimento de gestão financeira de custos;Superior completo em Relações Internacionais, Marketing, Comunicação, Administração, ou áreas correlatas. Desejável pós graduação na área;Inglês avançado;Espanhol intermediário será considerado um diferencial.
