Supervisionar, programar e acompanhar os trabalhos manutenção agrícola e assegurar condições de desempenho dos veículos, maquinas e implementos agrícola de forma a atingir as metas de produção com qualidade e custos pré-estabelecidos. Realizar as tarefas de acordo com as normas da empresa, cumprindo as exigências de segurança e qualidade, aumentando a eficiência e o bom desempenhoda frota da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuições PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES / RESPONSABILIDADES· Assegurar que a equipe de trabalho atinja as metas e objetivos de forma segura e eficiente, cumprindo com suas responsabilidades e comprometimento firmado no Programa SafeAgri, que envolve os Comportamentos que Salvam Vidas e Protocolos para Perigos Fatais, garantindo a correta utilização de suas ferramentas e realizando de maneira eficaz todos os reportes necessários;· Trabalhar e cobrar a execução dos trabalhos, devidamente equipados com os EPIs/EPCs e em conformidade com normas, GED e procedimentos técnicos de segurança e saúde ocupacional, qualidade e preservação ambiental, identificando e relatando as possíveis não conformidades;· Coordenar, programar e acompanhar as tarefas desenvolvidas no setor.· Zelar pelas condições de limpeza, organização e conservação, bem como no uso adequado e seguro dos equipamentos da sua área de trabalho.· Assegurar o cumprimento do orçamento anual de sua área (despesas e investimentos), efetuando as atividades programadas, considerando os recursos disponíveis para tal, evitando gastos que possam comprometer os indicadores e controles de eficiência operacional.· Executar o plano de trabalho pré-estabelecido pela empresa para o alcance das metas da área de sua responsabilidade, consequentemente da empresa, participando e contribuindo de maneira significativa com as ações propostas.· Realizar rotinas inerentes à gestão de pessoas, tais como: entrevistas de seleção, movimentação de pessoal, programação de férias, acompanhamento dos horários de trabalho de sua equipe, avaliação de desempenho, etc. conforme políticas e procedimentos internos, bem como treinamento e desenvolvimento dos integrantes de sua equipe, garantindo a capacitação de seus liderados e a evolução crescente e constante de suas habilidades e competências exigidas, dentre outras atividades;· Garantir o cumprimento das diretrizes das relações trabalhistas e código de conduta, bem como multiplicar as práticas de gestão e valores da empresa.· Conhecer os riscos de suas atividades e as medidas de controle dos mesmos. Comunicar, controlar e eliminar fontes de riscos (perigos) e comportamentos inseguros. Combater o desperdício e reduzir a geração de resíduos, efluentes e emissões atmosféricos.· Planejar e programar junto ao setor de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção Agrícola as tarefas à serem desenvolvidas em seu setor de atuação;· Levantar e analisar a condição dos veículos, máquinas e implementos agrícolas, bem como, avaliar os recursos necessários para execução das manutenções;· Planejar a logística de atendimentos aos clientes;· Executar outras tarefas correlatas às descritas acima, a critério do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEXPERIÊNCIA: Acima de 05 anosFORMAÇÃO: Ensino Superior (Administração ou Engenharia Agrícola ou Mecânica).PRÉ-REQUISITOS (essenciais): CNH “B”COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS (conhecimentos requeridos):Direção Defensiva, Informática Básica, Gestão de Pessoas, Conhecimento Intermediário: Manutenção Veículos, Máquinas e Implementos Agrícolas, Lubrificação e Abastecimentos de Campo, Manutenção de Pneus, e Planejamento e Programação de Manutenção.Informações adicionaisCIDADES ATENDIDAS PELA EMPRESA
