Essa pode ser a sua oportunidade!O Grupo RPN está em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) em TI para apoiar as rotinas de suporte técnico e atendimento aos usuários, contribuindo para o funcionamento dos recursos de tecnologia utilizados pelas empresas do grupo.O que você vai encontrar no Grupo RPN:✅ Um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;✅ Equipe engajada e acolhedora;✅ Oportunidade de desenvolvimento e crescimento.Se você quer aprender na prática, desenvolver sua carreira em Marketing e crescer em um ambiente dinâmico, venha crescer com a gente no Grupo RPN! 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o atendimento inicial aos usuários, registrando solicitações, identificando problemas e coletando informações para resolução ou encaminhamento;Auxiliar na gestão e acompanhamento de chamados, realizando follow-ups e encaminhando demandas para as equipes responsáveis, Sistemas ou fornecedores;Apoiar a preparação e configuração de computadores e notebooks, incluindo instalação de Windows, softwares homologados, impressoras e periféricos;Prestar suporte aos colaboradores das lojas e áreas administrativas em demandas relacionadas a computadores, impressoras, periféricos e conectividade;Apoiar solicitações relacionadas a usuários e acessos, como criação, alteração e bloqueio de usuários e redefinição de senhas, conforme os procedimentos internos;Auxiliar na instalação, configuração e testes de impressoras, além de apoiar na identificação de problemas básicos de impressão;Realizar testes básicos de conectividade e acesso à internet, seguindo procedimentos previamente definidos e encaminhando problemas de infraestrutura;Apoiar o monitoramento de rotinas e alertas da área de TI, comunicando eventuais anormalidades aos responsáveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa posição é necessário que você tenha:Estar cursando Tecnologia da Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em informática, sistemas operacionais e ferramentas do Pacote Office;Noções básicas de instalação e configuração de computadores e softwares;Interesse em atuar com suporte técnico e atendimento a usuários;Boa comunicação e facilidade para explicar e orientar usuários;Organização e capacidade de acompanhar chamados e demandas.É desejável que você possua:Conhecimento básico em Windows e configuração de computadores;Noções de redes, conectividade, internet e periféricos;Experiência acadêmica ou profissional com suporte técnico, help desk ou atendimento ao usuário;Conhecimento básico em sistemas de chamados;Familiaridade com conceitos de hardware e infraestrutura de TI;Conhecimento básico em Active Directory ou gerenciamento de usuários e acessos será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionais🤩 Benefícios:Bônus Corporativo;Vale Refeição - R$ 32,00 por dia cartão Flash;Seguro de Vida;Convênio com o SESC: garante acesso a atividades de lazer, cultura, esportes, saúde e educação com preços acessíveis.
