Candidate-se e venha ser Águas do Sertão!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar, agendar e prestar serviços, fornecendo informações e esclarecimentos aos clientes sobre faturas, serviços e práticas comerciais da Companhia;Efetuar atendimento ao público de forma presencial e através dos canais de atendimento disponíveis pela empresa (telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp);Averiguar as necessidades dos clientes e efetuar abertura, programação e encerramento de autorizações de serviço no sistema comercial da empresa;Arquivar as autorizações de serviço, e executar serviços administrativos diversos;Requisitar autorização da coordenação comercial para parcelamentos e ou negociações, emissões de atestados e demais documentos a serem entregues aos clientes.Atendimento de ligações telefônica e tele cobrança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo (Obrigatório);CNH - (Diferencial);Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office (Diferencial)Desejável ter experiência em atendimento ao cliente.Informações adicionaisRemuneração compatíveis com o mercado regional;Vale alimentação / Refeição (Ifood Benefícios);Seguro de Vida;Wellhub (Gympass);Starbem - Plataforma de acompanhamento psicológico gratuitoUniversidade corporativa – Construa.
