Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar equipes multidisciplinar de combate a perdas; Utilizar e fomentar o uso do QGIS e de ferramentas de geoprocessamento e cadastro para análise espacial dos sistemas de abastecimento, identificação de áreas críticas, planejamento de campanhas e suporte à tomada de decisão;

Coordenar e acompanhar a atualização e consistência do cadastro técnico das redes de abastecimento, adutoras, reservatórios, estações elevatórias, válvulas, VRPs, macromedidores e demais ativos relacionados ao controle de perdas;Coordenar implantação de obras civis, hidráulicas, elétricas e automação com foco em perdas;Coordenar manutenções preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos;Conduzir diálogos com funcionários, desenvolvimento de pessoal e treinamento;Solucionar problemas inerentes à projetos, buscando alternativas junto aos setores de apoio, com a finalidade de manter o adequado desempenho das atividades do projeto;Comprometer-se com as áreas: Gestão da Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Segurança do Trabalho;Executar outras tarefas correlatas às descritas acima a critério da organização, de acordo com orientação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatao (Obrigatório);Experiência profissional em Saneamento Básico, preferencialmente em sistemas de abastecimento de água (Obrigatório);

Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes técnicas e operacionais (Obrigatório);Conhecimento em QGIS, geoprocessamento e cadastro técnico de redes e ativos de abastecimento (Diferencial);CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens e acompanhamento de atividades de campo (Obrigatório);Experiência mínima desejável de 3 anos em saneamento e/ou sistemas de abastecimento de água, preferencialmente com atuação em perdas (Desejável).Informações adicionaisRemuneração compatível com o mercado;Alimentação (Cartão IFood);Assistência Médica (Unimed).Seguro de Vida;Zenklub;Universidade corporativa – Construa.
