Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e analisar os indicadores de desempenho assistenciais e administrativos, através da coleta, validação e consolidação de dados nos sistemas institucionais, visando subsidiar a tomada de decisão e promover a melhoria contínua dos processos;Realizar auditorias internas e visitas técnicas de monitoramento da qualidade, utilizando protocolos institucionais, checklists e normativas vigentes, a fim de garantir a conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos e identificar oportunidades de melhorias;Elaborar relatórios técnicos e planos de ação, por meio da análise crítica de não conformidades, indicadores e processos, visando fortalecer a cultura da qualidade, promover correções efetivas e sustentar boas práticas nas unidades de saúde;Apoiar a implementação e manutenção de programa de acreditação hospitalar (ONA), atuando junto às equipes multiprofissionais e lideranças das unidades, com objetivo de garantir a aderência aos requisitos e a excelência dos serviços prestados;Sensibilizar e capacitar as equipes sobre práticas de segurança do paciente e gestão da qualidade, através de treinamentos, reuniões e ações educativas, visando fomentar o comprometimento institucional e a humanização no atendimento ao usuário.Acompanhar e atualizar os documentos normativos institucionais, por meio da revisão periódica de POPs, manuais e políticas, a fim de assegurar a padronização dos processos e o alinhamento com as diretrizes do IMED e legislações vigentes.Apoiar a gestão de riscos assistenciais e operacionais, através do mapeamento de processos críticos, identificação de falhas e tratamento de eventos adversos, visando aumentar a segurança do paciente, mitigar riscos institucionais e fortalecer a governança clínica.Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Enfermagem, Biomedicina, Farmácia, Gestão da Qualidade, Administração Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas;Desejável pós graduação em Gestão da Qualidade;Pacote Office Intermediário;Experiência na função.Informações adicionaisAuxílio Combistível;Refeitório no local;SESC;DayOff.
