O analista de RH é o profissional que avalia, supervisiona e presta apoio a todas as atividades exercidas pelo setor de modo a garantir que os processos internos sejam respeitados e a legislação também.Salário: R$4.015,38 Jornada: 220h (seg-a-sexta)Modalidade: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na consolidação, análise crítica e apresentação de dados de RH, sendo responsável pela construção de planilhas de controle, monitoramento de indicadores (KPIs), elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e prestação de contas dos resultados da área de Gestão de Pessoas;Garantir que todos os processos de administração de pessoal da unidade estejam em conformidade legal e devidamente organizados, prezando pelo ágil atendimento às demandas jurídicas trabalhistas externas e internas, fiscalizações, compliance e afins;Analisar e conferir salários, convenções coletivas de trabalho, espelhos de ponto, processos de desligamentos, utilizando planilhas e controles internos, de modo a subsidiar os cálculos em folha de pagamento, respeitando prazos e legislação vigente;Realizar o controle de jornada dos colaboradores, observando ocorrências de faltas, atrasos, saldos em banco de horas, intervalos para descanso e refeição, garantindo a conformidade legal e o correto reflexo no processamento da folha de pagamento;Gerir as programações de férias, monitorando períodos aquisitivos, datas e prazos de concessão, validando mensalmente junto aos gestores e controlando a emissão de avisos e recibos de férias;Apoiar no processo de desligamento, garantindo a análise de estabilidades, o cálculo correto das verbas rescisórias, a emissão dos documentos obrigatórios e o agendamento de homologação, assegurando a conformidade legal;Acompanhar os processos de admissão, compra de benefícios, ofícios, solicitações do departamento jurídico e realizar a interface entre a operação de Recursos Humanos com outras áreas, quando necessário;Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação completa ou cursando em Gestão de Pessoas ou afins;Pacote Office intermediário;Domínio de Microsoft Excel;Desejável experiência na área hospitalar.Informações adicionaisAuxilio Combustível;Refeitório;DayOff;SESC.
