O terapeuta ocupacional desempenha um papel essencial no ambiente hospitalar, contribuindo significativamente para a recuperação e bem-estar dos pacientes. Sua atuação vai além da reabilitação física, abrangendo aspectos emocionais, sociais e funcionais, visando promover a autonomia e a qualidade de vida dos indivíduos.Salário: R$ 4.615,20Carga Horária: 150h (seg-a-sex)Modalidade: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAvaliar integralmente o paciente hospitalizado, identificando habilidades e limitações nas atividades da vida diária e instrumentais, com base em entrevistas clínicas, observação funcional e testes padronizados;Desenvolver e implementar planos terapêuticos ocupacionais individualizados, determinando metas específicas e intervenções que favoreçam a independência, autonomia e desempenho funcional do paciente no contexto de sua hospitalização e reabilitação;Realizar intervenções terapêuticas que promovam a recuperação de habilidades motoras, sensoriais, cognitivas e psicossociais, utilizando atividades significativas, adaptação de tarefas e recursos de tecnologia assistiva quando necessário;Aplicar medidas de prevenção e controle de infecções no ambiente hospitalar para evitar infecções, prescrevendo e orientando sobre os produtos e recursos de tecnologia assistiva voltadas para a funcionalidade para otimizar tratamento/conduta;Acompanhar e reavaliar continuamente a evolução funcional dos pacientes, ajustando objetivos terapêuticos e estratégias de intervenção conforme a resposta clínica e metas de reabilitação;Orientar pacientes e acompanhantes sobre técnicas de autocuidado, prevenção de incapacidades, uso de equipamentos adaptativos, posicionamento postural e manutenção de rotinas ocupacionais que fortaleçam a participação social e a segurança;Integrar‑se à equipe multiprofissional de saúde, participando de discussões clínicas e de planejamento de alta, contribuindo com informações sobre o desempenho ocupacional e necessidades funcionais para decisões terapêuticas conjuntas;Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao cargo. Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Terapia Ocupacional;Desejável especialização na área;Registro regular junto ao Conselho Profissional;Pacote office Básico;Desejável experiência na função.Informações adicionaisAuxílio Combustível;Refeitório;SESC;DayOff.
