Buscamos um(a) Head de Compliance para liderar o Programa de Integridade e Compliance das empresas do Grupo, com atuação estratégica e executiva e interface direta com a Alta Administração.A posição será responsável por garantir a evolução e efetividade do Programa de Compliance, atuando principalmente em ética e integridade, Canal de Ética, investigações internas, riscos de integridade, due diligence de terceiros, políticas e procedimentos, treinamentos e monitoramento de indicadores.É uma posição de alta autonomia e exposição, que exige maturidade para conduzir temas sensíveis envolvendo lideranças, colaboradores, clientes, fornecedores e parceiros, além de capacidade para sustentar tecnicamente recomendações e posicionamentos junto à Alta Administração.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesLiderar e aprimorar continuamente o Programa de Integridade e Compliance do Grupo;Gerenciar o Canal de Ética e conduzir investigações internas, incluindo entrevistas, análise de evidências, elaboração de relatórios e recomendações;Assessorar e realizar reportes à Alta Administração sobre riscos, investigações, indicadores e planos de ação;Coordenar processos de Due Diligence de Integridade de fornecedores, parceiros e terceiros;Identificar e avaliar riscos de compliance, integridade e reputação, recomendando medidas de mitigação;Estruturar e revisar Código de Ética, políticas, procedimentos e demais normativos de Compliance;Desenvolver treinamentos e ações de conscientização sobre ética, anticorrupção, conflitos de interesses, assédio e temas relacionados;Monitorar indicadores e avaliar a efetividade do Programa de Compliance;Atuar de forma integrada com Jurídico, RH, Segurança da Informação, SGI/PMO, Operações e demais áreas;Acompanhar planos de ação decorrentes de investigações, riscos e recomendações de Compliance;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de Compliance.

Informações adicionaisPerfil que buscamosProfissional sênior, com sólida experiência em Compliance e Integridade Corporativa, combinando visão estratégica com capacidade de execução.É fundamental possuir experiência prática e relevante em:Gestão de Programas de Integridade;Canal de Ética e investigações internas;Lei Anticorrupção e temas de ética e integridade;Gestão de riscos e controles internos;Due Diligence de terceiros;Elaboração de políticas, procedimentos e treinamentos;Reporte e apresentação de temas sensíveis à Alta Administração;Liderança de equipes ou atuação com elevado grau de autonomia.Buscamos alguém com independência, discrição, capacidade analítica, comunicação assertiva e maturidade para lidar com situações sensíveis e potenciais conflitos de interesse, preservando a independência da função de Compliance.DiferenciaisExperiência em grupos empresariais, empresas de Tecnologia, Serviços ou Outsourcing, ambientes com contratos públicos e privados, auditorias e certificações será considerada um diferencial.Também são desejáveis especialização ou certificações em Compliance, Integridade, Riscos, Governança ou Investigações, além de conhecimentos em LGPD/Privacidade e inglês avançado.
