Buscamos uma pessoa para liderar a controladoria da Biosphera Network, grupo formado por empresas de comunicação, marketing e serviços. A posição terá papel central na qualidade dos fechamentos mensais, na consolidação dos resultados da holding e na construção de informações confiáveis para o CFO e os sócios.É uma oportunidade para quem combina domínio técnico contábil com visão de negócio, gosta de organizar processos e consegue transformar números de diferentes operações em análises claras para a tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o calendário de fechamento mensal das empresas do grupo, revisando resultados, provisões, diferimentos e principais variações.Conduzir prévias de resultado com os sócios e apoiar o CFO na análise do desempenho das empresas e da holding.Consolidar os fechamentos das empresas do grupo e preparar o fechamento gerencial da holding.Revisar os relatórios que alimentam os painéis de Power BI, assegurando consistência dos dados e critérios de classificação.Identificar distorções em contas patrimoniais e de resultado e coordenar planos de correção, incluindo mútuos, adiantamentos, investimentos e distribuições.Padronizar e aprimorar planos de contas, centros de resultado, ferramentas de controle e automações da área.Atuar em parceria com Contabilidade, Fiscal, Financeiro, Faturamento, Departamento Pessoal e Operações, inclusive na integração de empresas aos processos do CSC.Liderar a equipe de controladoria, definir prioridades e acompanhar a execução das rotinas mensais.Apoiar a governança de despesas, rateios e cobranças entre as empresas do grupo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em controladoria, com responsabilidade direta por fechamento mensal, análise de resultados e consolidação de múltiplas empresas.Vivência em grupos empresariais, holdings ou estruturas com centro de serviços compartilhados.Domínio de DRE, balanço patrimonial, provisões, diferimentos, conciliações e transações entre empresas do grupo.Excel avançado e experiência na construção ou melhoria de modelos, controles e automações. Conhecimento de Power BI e integração de bases de dados.Capacidade de dialogar com sócios e lideranças, explicar variações de resultado e propor ações corretivas.Experiência em liderança de equipe e articulação com áreas financeiras, contábeis e operacionais.

Informações adicionais Será um diferencial ter atuado em agências de publicidade, marketing, comunicação, mídia, produção ou live marketing, especialmente em grupos com várias empresas e modelos de receita distintos.
