Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerir a operação ponta a ponta;

Construir, gerir e monitorar o sistema de indicadores da operação;

Ser responsável pelo entendimento e gestão dos principais drivers econômicos da operação;

Trabalhar eficiência e melhoria contínua;

Gerir fornecedores e parceiros críticos;

Garantir que os processos operacionais possuam controles adequados, rastreabilidade, segregação de funções, documentação, alçadas e planos de contingência;

Garantir que a promessa feita por Produto e Comercial seja efetivamente entregue na operação;

Gestão de pessoas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável experiência com FIDC; Conhecimento de pagamentos, recebíveis e liquidação;Experiência com gestão de operações, gestão por indicadores, unit economics, orçamento e leitura de P&L; desenho e melhoria de processos e gestão de fornecedores;Ensino Superior completo;Será um diferencial experiência com adquirência/subadquirência.
