Venha fazer parte do nosso time !Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a área de Tecnologia e Sales Ops da Diretoria Comercial, respondendo pelaestratégia tecnológica, pela arquitetura e pelo roadmap da plataforma SolarGrid (aplicativo,portal do cliente e integrações com ERP de faturamento, gateway de pagamentos, CRM eassinatura digital).• Gerir diretamente o Technical Product Manager e o Supervisor de Sales Ops: definição demetas, 1:1s, acompanhamento de desempenho, desenvolvimento e sucessão. Garantir que oTPM opere o time de desenvolvimento com autonomia operacional e que o Sales Ops atendao comercial dentro dos SLAs.• Deter a autoridade de arquitetura e das decisões técnicas estruturais (stack, segurança dainformação, LGPD, fornecedores e custos de infraestrutura), com escalonamento ao Diretordas decisões de investimento.• Responder pela operação comercial via Sales Ops: qualidade do BackOffice, processos,automações e integridade dos dados nos sistemas comerciais (CRM, plataforma depropostas, contratos e faturamento), com indicadores e SLAs acompanhados mensalmente.• Conduzir a transição com o Head atual: absorção de contexto, acessos, contratos,fornecedores e projetos em andamento, com plano de 30/60/90 dias apresentado ao Diretor.• Gerir o orçamento de tecnologia e os contratos com fornecedores e parceiros; produzir oreport executivo mensal à Diretoria e ao CEO com indicadores de produto, entrega eoperação; conduzir, com o RH, os processos seletivos da área e a estruturação da cultura deengenharia (ritos, métricas e documentação).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGestão de equipes multidisciplinares de tecnologia e operações (produto, engenharia e BackOffice), incluindo gestão de líderes intermediários; arquitetura de sistemas e integrações (APIs, ERP, gateways de pagamento, CRM) com capacidade de arbitrar decisões técnicas sem desenvolver; gestão de fornecedores, contratos e orçamento de tecnologia; governança de dados, segurança da informação e LGPD; operações comerciais / Sales Ops (processos, SLAs, automações e indicadores); modelo enxuto de gestão (ritos, métricas de fluxo e report executivo); comunicação executiva com Diretoria e CEO.  Liderança e desenvolvimento de pessoas, visão de negócio, comunicação executiva, organização e planejamento, resiliência, tomada de decisão com critério claro de escalonamento e autonomia.
