Atendimento aos usuários• Instalação e configuração de computadores e notebooks• Suporte básico a hardware• Suporte a sistema operacional Windows client• Atendimento relacionado a impressoras• Inventário e controle de ativos• Substituição de equipamentos• Instalação e configuração de periféricos• Apoio em atividades de onboarding e offboarding• Suporte básico ao Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive e SharePoint)• Registro e atualização de chamados• Orientação aos usuários quanto à utilização dos recursos de TI• Apoio na organização e movimentação de ativos tecnológicos· Analisar e classificar demandas de TI e de Segurança da Informação de forma separada; · Cumprir a política de segurança da informação na empresa. Requisitos e qualificações📋 Buscamos uma pessoa que possua:· Ensino médio completo ou superior em andamento em Redes de Computadores ou áreas afins.· Conhecimento em suporte de TI (Manutenção de computadores, backup, etc.).🎯 Diferenciais: · Inglês para atendimento remoto a usuários internacionais;· Conhecimento em redes de computadores;· Experiência em atendimento ao usuário;· Conhecimento em Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online e Sharepoint Online· AZ-900;· MD-102.Informações adicionaisO que você pode esperar de nós?Na BHS, cuidamos do seu bem-estar como prioridade número um.
