Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Recepção e Boas-VindasReceber os clientes com simpatia e energia, proporcionando uma chegada leve e acolhedora.Gerenciar a fila de espera com organização e atenção.Conduzir os clientes às mesas, garantindo a ordem e fluidez no salão.Oferecer informações iniciais sobre o cardápio e funcionamento da casa.Organização do FluxoManter controle da ocupação das mesas e comunicar o status à liderança.Atuar em sincronia com atendentes e garçons para garantir ritmo de atendimento.Acompanhar necessidades dos clientes nos primeiros minutos da experiência.Suporte à OperaçãoApoiar ações promocionais, ativações e eventos especiais com postura e clareza.Manter o ambiente de recepção limpo, organizado e com padrão FIT de apresentação.Sinalizar à liderança quaisquer inconsistências no fluxo ou na jornada do cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Comunicação clara, simpatia e proatividade na interação com clientes.
