Também atuará na atração e seleção de talentos, realizando entrevistas de negócio e desenvolvendo ações para manter um pipeline de candidatos. Olhe abaixo: Recrutamento e SeleçãoRealizar entrevistas da etapa de Negócio;Ser alguém propositivo sobre ações para criação e manutenção de pipeline de candidatos;Participar de feiras e eventos com o foco de atração de talentos.Cultura, Clima e EngajamentoSe envolver ativamente em rituais diários das áreas;Contribuir no desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de People alinhadas à cultura da empresa;Construir e conduzir momentos de team building;Atuar nas ações de desdobramento de comunicação interna; Influenciar de forma constante no tema de IA, sendo exemplo prático de como trazer Inteligência Artificial para nossa realidade diária.Desenvolvimento e PerformanceAcompanhar 1:1s e feedbacks para times e líderes;Escutar e entender as necessidades da liderança, trabalhando ativamente na resolução de problemas;Contribuir na construção e prática de políticas que promovam um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo;Apoiar na busca por caminhos que tragam maior eficiência operacional e sustentem resultados de alta performance nas áreas atendidas;Nas áreas em que não houver, apoiar na construção de indicadores e KPIs individuais e de time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você 👌+3 anos de experiência prévia como HRBP;Experiência prévia com recrutamento e seleção;Excelente comunicação interpessoal (escrita e verbal), com capacidade para construir relacionamentos em todos os níveis;Forte habilidade em lidar com mudanças e ambientes dinâmicos e de rápido crescimento;Ter perfil criativo e resolutivo para participar das discussões de negócio e propor novas ideias e soluções;Apresentar perfil consultivo, capaz de apoiar as lideranças em questões generalistas de People, incluindo recrutamento e seleção, desenvolvimento, desempenho e remuneração;De acordo com sua senioridade, realizar análises de dados de gente e gestão para fornecer insights que auxiliem a tomada de decisões estratégicas;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Disponibilidade de atuar presencialmente 3x por semana em São Leopoldo/RS;Idealmente, formação superior completa em Psicologia, Ciências Sociais ou Engenharias.Experiência com desenvolvimento de lideranças; O que vai te destacar por aqui 💡Atuação em empresa SaaS.Informações adicionais✨ Curtiu?
