Conduzir o ciclo comercial, da identificação de oportunidades e atendimento de potenciais clientes encaminhados até a apresentação de soluções, negociação e formalização de acordos. Manter a carteira organizada no sistema de gestão e atuar em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas para alcançar objetivos de crescimento e eficiência nas vendas. Olhe abaixo:Mapear e prospectar ativamente novos parceiros/revendas de negócios (Outbound), focando em contas estratégicas que tenham fit com nosso Perfil de Cliente Ideal (ICP).Criar e executar cadências de prospecção através de cold calls, e-mails, social selling e networking.Gerar e nutrir o próprio pipeline de vendas, além de assumir e conduzir negociações com leads pré-qualificados enviados pelo time de pré-vendas (SDR).Realizar reuniões de diagnóstico, demonstrações de produto e fechamento de vendas (Closing).Trabalhar com metas claras de geração de pipeline, conversão, qualidade e atingimento de cota de vendas.Registrar, gerenciar e manter atualizadas todas as interações e o funil de oportunidades no CRM (HubSpot).Atuar de forma colaborativa com outras áreas do time comercial, canais e marketing para otimizar estratégias de captação e conversão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você 👌Experiência com vendas B2B (Closer / Executivo de Vendas / Consultor Comercial)Vivência com metas, pipeline e CRMOrganização, autonomia e boa comunicaçãoExperiência em prospecção ativa (hunting)Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido em São Leopoldo/RS (3x por semana)O que vai te destacar por aqui 💡Experiência com vendas indiretaRelacionamento com canais e prospecçãoExperiência com vendas no mercado SaaS.Informações adicionais✨ Curtiu?
