Sabemos que en conjunto alcanzaremos el éxito, así que postúlate y haz parte de este gran Team!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTu día a día en Topaz:Serás el director de la orquesta, equilibrarás la planificación técnica, la gestión de equipos (Líder Funcional y Líder Técnico) y el control financiero, garantizando que el proyecto se entregue a tiempo, dentro del alcance y respetando el presupuesto acordado.Planificación y Control: Diseñar, estructurar y realizar el seguimiento diario de los cronogramas del proyecto, identificando desvíos de manera proactiva.Gestión Financiera (Budget & Facturación): Controlar estrictamente el presupuesto (budget) asignado, realizar el seguimiento de las horas invertidas y auditar las facturas emitidas para asegurar la rentabilidad del proyecto.Gobernanza y Reportes: Elaborar informes ejecutivos de avance, estatus, riesgos y KPIs para los comités de proyectos y la alta dirección.Aplicación de Metodología: Asegurar que todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto se ejecute bajo nuestra metodología de proyectos de la empresa que ya conoces a la perfección.Sinergia del Equipo: Coordinar los esfuerzos y destrabar bloqueos del Líder Funcional (frente al cliente) y el Líder Técnico (frente a la célula de desarrollo).Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos a un Implementation Lead (líder de proyectos) con experiencia previa para asumir la gestión integral de proyectos críticos de Core Bancario.
