Estamos buscando um Assistente Jurídico, com experiência em contencioso cível, para atuar no acompanhamento de processos judiciais e administrativos, controle de prazos, pesquisas jurídicas, organização de documentos e suporte aos advogados nas demandas do departamento jurídico

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no acompanhamento de processos judiciais e administrativos relacionados ao contencioso cívelRealizar consultas e atualizações de processos nos sistemas dos TribunaisApoiar na elaboração de petições, manifestações, relatórios e demais documentos jurídicos, conforme orientação dos advogadosRealizar pesquisas de legislação, jurisprudência e doutrina para apoio às demandas do departamento jurídicoControlar prazos processuais e administrativos, garantindo o cumprimento das atividades dentro dos períodos estabelecidosAuxiliar na organização e análise de documentos necessários para processos e demandas judiciaisAcompanhar publicações, intimações e movimentações processuaisApoiar os advogados na preparação de informações e documentos para audiências e demais atos processuaisElaborar relatórios e controles internos relacionados aos processos e demandas do contenciosoRealizar contato com escritórios terceirizados, áreas internas e demais envolvidos nas demandas jurídicas, quando necessárioManter os sistemas e arquivos do departamento jurídico atualizados e organizadosPrestar suporte nas demais atividades administrativas e jurídicas relacionadas ao contencioso cível

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando em Direito, preferencialmente a partir do 3º ano.Conhecimento em Pacote Office, principalmente Word e Excel.Conhecimento em sistemas de acompanhamento processual será considerado um diferencial.Boa redaçãoOrganização e atenção aos detalhes.Boa interpretação e análise de documentos.Responsabilidade com prazos e demandas.Perfil criterioso, organizado e comprometido.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
