Esta es nuestra forma de desarrollar la minería, siempre conectados a los cambios, con personas comprometidas, inspiradas y en constante desarrollo.¡Únete a Nexa y forma parte de la minería que se mueve con el mundo!Responsabilidades y atribucionesHacer seguimiento a la implementación del programa anual de seguridad y salud ocupacional en coordinación con el Jefe de SSO.Gestionar programas preventivos, con el objetivo de buscar la sostenibilidad de los indicadores de seguridad  que estén por debajo de los KPI corporativos.Evaluar y controlar los procedimientos y estándares de seguridad, PUE y controles críticos.Plantear métodos y procedimiento adecuados de trabajo seguro.Realizar inspecciones, auditorías y evaluaciones periódicas a los procesos operativos y empresas especializadas y otras en su agenda de líder.Coordinar con el Jefe de SSO las actividades con el área médica fomentando programas preventivos para el cuidado de la salud y el bienestar de todos los colaboradores de la unidad minera.Aprobar documentos de gestión de las empresas especializadas para el inicio de sus actividades.Revisar documentos de los colaboradores que realicen actividades de riesgo para la gestion de su fotocheck Riesgos Criticos.Informar sobre los peligros y riesgos a todo personal de Nexa y de empresas especializadas relacionados con su ambiente de trabajo, el efecto que puede ocasionar en su seguridad y salud.Hacer cumplir las recomendaciones de las observaciones de las inspecciones rutinarias, inspecciones del Comité, fiscalizaciones del MEM, OSINERGMIN y MINTRA, en el plazo oportuno y emitir un informe a la Gerencia de Operaciones.Requisitos y calificacionesBachiller en las carreras de Ingeniería de Seguridad, Minas, Metalúrgica, Química, de Higiene, Seguridad e Industrial.Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en el puesto, de preferencia en el mismo rubro.Contar con licencia de conducir  A1.Deseable:Especialización o Post grado en Gestión de la Seguridad.Conocimiento de inglés y/o portugués a nivel intermedio.Informaciones adicionalesUnidad Minera: El PorvenirRégimen: 14x7En NEXA trabajamos en un ambiente diverso donde las personas se sienten libres para ser ellas mismos.
