Además de la ejecución técnica propia de un Analista Senior, el cargo asume un rol ampliado: actúa como apoyo al Jefe de Proyectos para los requerimientos y proyectos bajo su responsabilidad (planificando, coordinando y haciendo seguimiento de principio a fin) y como un referente Técnico del equipo (definiendo criterios técnicos, revisando el trabajo de otros y acompañando a perfiles de menor seniority), sin que ello implique una jefatura formal ni dependencia jerárquica directa.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales•     Diseñar y analizar sistemas computacionales/informáticos requeridos por las Divisiones asignadas, traduciendo necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas viables.

•     Desarrollar, implementar y mantener sistemas y aplicaciones, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y disponibilidad.

•     Ejecutar pruebas de los sistemas desarrollados o modificados, validando su cumplimiento respecto a los requerimientos definidos.

•     Aportar a la continuidad y disponibilidad del servicio, aplicando los protocolos y procedimientos existentes.

•     Documentar los análisis, diseños, desarrollos y pruebas realizados, conforme a los estándares internos.

•     Apoyo en planificar, coordinar y hacer seguimiento de los proyectos y requerimientos asignados, de principio a fin, gestionando plazos, hitos y entregables.

•     Apoyo priorizar y organizar la carga de trabajo del roadmap de proyectos a su cargo en conjunto con las Divisiones solicitantes.

•     Identificar riesgos, bloqueos y desviaciones de los proyectos, proponiendo planes de mitigación oportunos.

•     Reportar avance, riesgos y estado de los proyectos a su jefatura y a los stakeholders de negocio.

•     Coordinar la participación de otros analistas, desarrolladores o proveedores involucrados en el proyecto.

Como Referente Técnico

•     Definir y validar el diseño técnico de las soluciones desarrolladas por el equipo a cargo del proyecto.

•     Establecer y promover estándares y buenas prácticas de desarrollo, documentación y pruebas.

•     Revisar el trabajo técnico (diseños, desarrollos, pruebas) de otros analistas o desarrolladores del equipo.

•     Actuar como referente técnico ante consultas o problemas complejos, tomando decisiones dentro de su ámbito.

•     Guiar, acompañar y capacitar a perfiles junior/semi senior en aspectos técnicos y de proyecto.

Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos Técnicos y Conocimientos

Formación y experiencia

–    Profesional en Ejecución con al menos 4 años de formación, o Ingeniero en Ejecución Informática.

–    Experiencia previa mínima de 2 años como Analista de Sistemas Senior.

Conocimientos técnicos

–    Diseño, análisis y desarrollo de sistemas computacionales/informáticos.

–    Levantamiento de requerimientos junto a Divisiones de negocio y stakeholders técnicos.

–    Diseño y ejecución de pruebas de sistemas (funcionales y de integración).

–    Bases de datos y consultas SQL para análisis y validación de información.

–    Diseño e integración de APIs y servicios web.

–    Metodologías ágiles de trabajo (Scrum/Kanban) y control de versiones (Git).

–    Documentación técnica y funcional de sistemas.

–    Buenas prácticas de continuidad y disponibilidad de servicios TI (monitoreo, protocolos de incidentes).

Gestión de proyectos y liderazgo técnico

–    Nociones de gestión de proyectos: planificación, hitos, gestión de riesgos y seguimiento de avance (metodologías ágiles y/o tradicionales).

–    Deseable experiencia o certificación básica en gestión de proyectos (p. ej. Scrum Master, fundamentos PMI) o experiencia equivalente demostrable.

–    Capacidad para definir criterios de arquitectura/diseño técnico y revisar el trabajo de otros (code review, revisión de diseño).
