Tu trabajo será clave para automatizar tareas, fortalecer la continuidad operacional y acompañar la liberación de componentes y sistemas productivos.El objetivo será reducir el time to market, asegurando altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y control durante todo el ciclo de desarrollo.Responsabilidades y atribucionesAdministrar y mantener ambientes cloud, on-premise e híbridos.Participar en la creación, configuración y administración de infraestructura tecnológica.Automatizar procesos de infraestructura, integración y despliegue.Implementar y operar soluciones en AWS y Azure.Trabajar con arquitecturas de microservicios y plataformas basadas en contenedores.Gestionar procesos de integración continua y despliegue automatizado.Monitorear plataformas y aplicaciones mediante herramientas de observabilidad.Apoyar la continuidad operacional y resolución de incidentes.Promover buenas prácticas de seguridad, cumplimiento y control en ambientes cloud.Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura, seguridad y operaciones.Requisitos y calificacionesExperiencia como DevOps, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer o en roles similares.Experiencia comprobable trabajando con AWS.Conocimientos de AWS, Azure y ambientes híbridos.Linux, Docker, Kubernetes y Terraform.Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git/Bitbucket, Jira y Confluence.Dynatrace u otra herramienta de observabilidad.Automatización de infraestructura cloud y on-premise.Arquitectura de microservicios.Redes y protocolos IP.Seguridad en aplicaciones y ambientes cloud: OWASP, OAuth2, SAML y JWT.Bases de datos SQL Server, DB2 y PostgreSQL.Prácticas FinOps y optimización de costos cloud.Metodologías Agile, especialmente Scrum y Kanban.Deseable experiencia con metodología tradicional de gestión tecnológica.Deseable experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero o banca.Informaciones adicionalesModalidad de trabajoModalidad híbrida 3x2: tres días presenciales y dos días de teletrabajo.Lugar de trabajo: oficinas en Santiago, Región Buscamos personas comprometidas, colaborativas y orientadas al cliente, con capacidad analítica, autonomía y disposición para enfrentar desafíos en ambientes dinámicos.
