Ao longo do processo, você terá a oportunidade de construir sua própria carteira de clientes e se preparar para atuar como Assessor de Investimentos Digital, em um ambiente que valoriza performance, aprendizado e crescimento profissional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEtapas do Processo de Desenvolvimento📚 Etapa Inicial – Preparação para Certificação Ancord (presencial):Se você ainda não possui a certificação Ancord, nós oferecemos o suporte necessário para sua preparação. São 4 semanas de estudos com materiais e estrutura fornecidos por nós.Já possui a certificação? Ótimo! Você já pode começar direto na próxima etapa.🎯 Etapa de Desenvolvimento Comercial (Prática Supervisionada):Nesta fase, você atuará com foco em prospecção e qualificação de clientes, exercendo na prática o papel de SDR, dentro do time comercial. Essa é uma etapa fundamental para desenvolver habilidades comerciais e entender o processo de vendas consultivas no mercado financeiro. Suas atividades incluirão:- Identificação e qualificação de potenciais clientes (leads);- Realização de contatos via telefone, e-mail e agendamento de reuniões;- Entendimento das necessidades do cliente e direcionamento ao time de assessoria;- Registro e atualização das atividades no CRM;- Apresentação dos diferenciais da assessoria Blue3;- Monitoramento de tendências do mercado.🚀 Etapa de Assessoria: Após o período de desenvolvimento prático e aquisição da certificação Ancord, você estará preparado para iniciar sua atuação como Assessor de Investimentos. Nessa fase, você assume uma posição mais estratégica e autônoma, com o desafio de:- Gerenciar ativamente sua carteira de clientes, oferecendo um atendimento consultivo e próximo;- Entender os perfis e objetivos financeiros de cada cliente, propondo soluções personalizadas de investimento;- Acompanhar o mercado financeiro e utilizar esse conhecimento para orientar decisões seguras e alinhadas às metas dos clientes;- Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos de longo prazo, pautados em confiança e credibilidade;- Utilizar ferramentas de gestão e CRM para organizar suas atividades e identificar novas oportunidades;- Trabalhar com metas desafiadoras e meritocracia, contando com o suporte de lideranças e especialistas da Blue3 para acelerar seu crescimento.Essa é a etapa onde você realmente começa a consolidar sua carreira como Assessor de Investimentos, com potencial de crescimento, ganhos escaláveis e um plano de carreira claro.Requisitos e qualificações- Ensino superior concluído ou cursando (qualquer área);- Idade mínima: 18 anos;- Interesse por Mercado Financeiro/Investimentos;- Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;- Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Ribeirão Preto/SP;- Será considerado um diferencial experiência profissional no mercado financeiro.Informações adicionais- Programa de formação com ajuda de custo;- Acesso a plataformas educacionais exclusivas Blue3;- Gympass / Wellhub - acesso a plataforma de saúde física;- Zenklub - acesso a plataforma de saúde emocional;- Assistência médica e odontológica - parceria com condições especiais.
