Como Inside Sales, você será responsável por entender as necessidades dos leads, apresentar soluções que façam sentido para seus objetivos e acompanhá-los até o fechamento da matrícula.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o diagnóstico das necessidades e objetivos dos leads;Apresentar de forma clara e empática os diferenciais dos cursos da CS Academy;Realizar demonstrações e tirar dúvidas sobre nossos produtos;Manter contato constante com os leads, por meio de follow ups estratégicos;Contornar objeções com inteligência emocional e foco em solução;Negociar e concluir as vendas com foco no sucesso do aluno;Encaminhar as informações dos alunos matriculados para a equipe de implantação;Apoiar na prospecção ativa de novos leads quando necessário (Outbound).Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia com Inside Sales;Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Familiaridade com o mercado de educação e/ou Customer Success é um diferencial;Ser resiliente, empático e persuasivo;Perfil proativo, com brilho nos olhos e vontade de bater metas;Capacidade de ouvir com atenção e entender as dores do lead;Espírito colaborativo e amor por trabalhar em equipe.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalhoJundiaí – SP | Modelo híbrido (presencial 2x por semana)Carga horária: 09:00 às 18:00O que oferecemos:Contratação PJ;Remuneração negociável + comissão;Auxílio Mobilidade: R$110,00;Cartão de Benefícios Flexível: R$28,32 por dia;Day Off no seu aniversário;Gympass ou Totalpass;Bolsa integral em todos os cursos da CS Academy;Auxílio Educação: R$500 por trimestre para investir no seu desenvolvimento;Auxílio Leitura: R$50,00 por trimestre;Convênio Médico Amil.
