Vem crescer com a gente!#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorpResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Inspetor(a) da Qualidade você irá:Inspecionar componentes e produtos, através de conferências visuais e medições, averiguando a conformidade da montagem, solda, pintura, vedação,entre outros, com base nas especificações do produto e cheklist de inspeção, visando atender às especificações do cliente e qualidade exigida pela empresa; Verificar conformidade da documentação de produto, projeto e especificações dos clientes visando identificar divergências e tomar ações em caso de divergência; Gerar checklist digital, comtemplando inspeções (pintura, solda, testes funcionais, requisitos de projeto,...) inclusive com anexos de fotos de alguns itens que são obrigatórios (fornecendo evidências e certificando etapas realizadas); Efetuar visualização/checagem de rastreabilidade de produtos via sistema (certificar que documentação das etapas anteriores do produto estão devidamente ok para prosseguir); Alimentar o sistema Qualitystorm, efetuar check de produtos e componentes conforme procedimentos estabelecidos, liberando componentes, produtos para expedição e entrega para os clientes; Levantar necessidade de criação de padrões e atualizações de instruções de trabalho para garantir conformidade ou melhorar o atendimento aos requisitos dos clientes; Acompanhar como observador as auditorias de processo e produto; Atuar na orientação técnica e operacional dos postos de trabalho, a fim de garantir a qualidade dos produtos; Acompanhar indicadores do processo da sua área, contribuindo com ações necessárias para atingir resultados definidos pela empresa; Cumprir normas e procedimentos da empresa, seguindo os procedimentos e instruções de trabalho e buscando orientação em caso de dúvidas de como executar sua função, para garantir a integridade física e segurança na operação; Sugerir melhorias contínuas nos processos de trabalho da sua área de atuação, maximizando resultados, diminuindo custos, contribuindo para eficiência e eficácia produtiva informando superior imediato para a tomada de decisão; Manter a organização e limpeza do seu local de trabalho, contribuir para um ambiente seguro e preservar o espírito de trabalho em equipe; Participar ativamente das reuniões de gerenciamento de rotina diária (GRD), lendo o diálogo de orientação de segurança e orientação (DDO-DDS) a cada início de turno, multiplicando com o time as incidências de não conformidades do dia anterior e criando uma base de dados sólida para as tratativas posteriores; Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, observando demanda interna e/ou orientações do superior imediato. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara concorrer a vaga, é requisito obrigatório:Ensino Médio Concluído;Certificado de Leitura e Interpretação de Desenho Mecânico;Certificado de Metrologia.Diferenciais para vaga:Estar matriculado em um curso de graduação da área industrial (Engenharias e Administração);Estar matriculado em um curso técnico ou tecnólogo na área da qualidade;Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:Turno 2 - Das 17h às 02h12. Turno 3 - Segunda da 00h00 às 07h12, de Terça à Sexta das 02h12 às 07h12 e Sábado das 02h12 às 12h48.
