Acompanhamento de Manutenção: Identificar necessidades de manutenção elétrica, hidráulica, climatização, mobiliário e pintura, acionando e acompanhando as áreas ou prestadores responsáveis.

Preparação dos Ambientes: Efetuar o “pente fino” nos espaços antes do início das aulas, assegurando que estejam aptos para uso acadêmico.

Controle de Equipamentos: Ligar e desligar aparelhos de ar-condicionado, ventiladores, iluminação e demais equipamentos conforme programação definida.

Gestão de Acessos: Abrir e fechar laboratórios, salas especiais e ambientes controlados, garantindo o uso adequado e seguro.

Suporte a Aulas e Eventos: Apoiar docentes e equipes administrativas em demandas relacionadas à infraestrutura e organização de espaços para eventos institucionais.

Registro de Ocorrências: Registrar não conformidades, ocorrências e demandas em sistema ou relatório padrão, garantindo rastreabilidade das ações.

Zelo pelo Patrimônio: Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, conservação e uso adequado dos espaços e equipamentos da instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Técnicas

Inspeção e controle de ambientes prediais.

Noções básicas de elétrica, hidráulica e climatização.

Operação básica de equipamentos prediais e audiovisuais.

Registro e controle de ocorrências e chamados.

Organização de espaços para atividades acadêmicas e eventos.
