Responsável por executar e suportar tecnicamente as atividades de inspeção de equipamentos e instalações industriais, avaliando integridade, condição operacional, segurança e confiabilidade de equipamentos estáticos, rotativos, tubulações, estruturas e componentes. Realiza inspeções visuais, dimensionais e instrumentadas, acompanha ensaios não destrutivos, testes, reparos e intervenções, registra anomalias e recomenda ações de manutenção com base em criticidade, mecanismos de dano, histórico e requisitos legais. Atua em interface com Manutenção, Operação, Engenharia, Confiabilidade, Planejamento, HES e empresas especializadas, contribuindo para prevenção de falhas, disponibilidade dos ativos e atendimento às normas técnicas e regulamentares.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Executar inspeções de rotina, periódicas e extraordinárias em equipamentos estáticos, rotativos, tubulações, estruturas, tanques, vasos, trocadores, caldeiras e acessórios, identificando deteriorações, vazamentos, corrosão, desgaste, trincas, deformações, vibrações e demais anomalias.2. Avaliar tecnicamente a condição dos ativos e classificar anomalias quanto à criticidade e risco, emitindo recomendações de manutenção, reparo, monitoramento, substituição ou aprofundamento da inspeção.3. Elaborar e manter relatórios, históricos, croquis, fotografias, medições de espessura, mapas de corrosão e evidências técnicas, garantindo rastreabilidade das inspeções e intervenções.4. Planejar tecnicamente e acompanhar ensaios não destrutivos e inspeções especializadas, como ultrassom, líquido penetrante, partículas magnéticas, radiografia, videoscopia e termografia.5. Acompanhar reparos, soldagens, montagens, substituições, testes hidrostáticos e de estanqueidade, verificando procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, critérios de aceitação e qualidade.6. Apoiar o atendimento às Normas Regulamentadoras e normas técnicas aplicáveis à integridade dos ativos, com ênfase em NR-13 e requisitos de equipamentos pressurizados e tubulações.7. Participar da preparação e execução de paradas programadas, definindo pontos de inspeção, escopos, recursos e métodos, acompanhando abertura e avaliando condições internas e externas dos ativos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica completa em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica, Metalurgia, Inspeção de Equipamentos ou área industrial correlata. Desejável formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Materiais, Produção ou área correlata.Experiência recomendada de 3 a 5 anos em manutenção e inspeção industrial, preferencialmente em plantas químicas, petroquímicas, fertilizantes, ácido sulfúrico ou processos contínuos, com atuação em equipamentos estáticos, tubulações e paradas.Normas Regulamentadoras: NR-13, NR-33 e NR-35; desejável NR-10 e NR-12 conforme área de atuação.Conhecimentos de inspeção de equipamentos, mecanismos de deterioração, corrosão, soldagem, materiais, desenho técnico, metrologia e ensaios não destrutivos.Desejável conhecimento de ABNT, ASME e API.Pacote Office; SAP/PM ou sistema de gestão de manutenção; interpretação de relatórios e documentação técnica.Informações adicionais1. Capacidade de relacionar mecanismos de dano e condições operacionais à criticidade dos ativos, priorizando recomendações conforme risco e consequência de falha.
