O dia a dia envolve inspeções, registros, controle de não conformidades e interação com diversas áreas, em um ambiente industrial dinâmico, onde precisão, disciplina e senso de dono fazem toda a diferença.Se você é ágil, conectado e gosta de desafios, seu lugar é na Haenke. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções visuais e dimensionais em matérias-primas, componentes, produtos intermediários e produtos acabados, conforme planos de inspeção e instruções de trabalho;Verificar a conformidade com desenhos técnicos, especificações e requisitos acordados;Utilizar instrumentos de medição calibrados (paquímetro, micrômetro, relógio comparador, trena, calibradores, entre outros);Preencher relatórios e fichas de inspeção, garantindo rastreabilidade, registros fotográficos quando aplicável e lançamentos em planilhas/sistema;Identificar, etiquetar, segregar e controlar itens não conformes, comunicando desvios e abrindo RNC sob orientação;Acompanhar e validar itens retrabalhados quando solicitado;Zelar pela organização do posto de trabalho, pelo uso correto de EPI e pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e meio ambiente;Conferir a validade de calibração dos instrumentos e cuidar de sua conservação;Participar de treinamentos e contribuir com sugestões de melhoria para os processos de inspeção;Atuar de forma colaborativa com Produção, Almoxarifado, PCP, Engenharia, Expedição e, quando necessário, com Fornecedores e Clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Noções de leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos;Conhecimento básico de instrumentos de medição (paquímetro, micrômetro, relógio comparador);Informática básica (Excel e registros em sistema/ERP);Capacidade de executar inspeções com precisão, atenção a detalhes e disciplina no cumprimento de procedimentos;Boa comunicação para reporte de não conformidades e trabalho em equipe.Será um diferencial se você apresentar:Curso Técnico em Qualidade, Metrologia, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;Noções de ISO 9001 (controle de documentos, registros e calibração);Experiência anterior em ambiente industrial ou rotinas de inspeção;Perfil com senso de urgência, resiliência para atividades repetitivas e postura ética, mantendo critérios técnicos sem flexibilizações indevidas.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:
