Responsabilidades e atribuições Vistorias e Orçamentação: Realizar inspeções presenciais ou digitais em veículos sinistrados de todos os segmentos, utilizando o sistema SOMA para apuração precisa de valores;Análise Técnica: Efetuar vistorias complementares conforme as normas internas, garantindo a integridade técnica do processo;Regulação de Sinistros: Analisar coberturas securitárias e, sempre que necessário, atuar na coleta de esclarecimentos junto a clientes e corretores;Gestão de Processos: Acompanhar o fluxo operacional via sistema para análise de aprovação, liberação ou recusa (total/parcial);Suporte Consultivo: Atuar como braço técnico para as equipes de análise, sanando dúvidas e fundamentando decisões complexas;Foco no Cliente: Garantir a resolutividade e agilidade no atendimento por múltiplos canais (telefônico, presencial ou eletrônico), seguindo as diretrizes de excelência da companhia.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação: Ensino Superior completo;Experiência: Sólida atuação no setor automobilístico, com foco em regulação de sinistros e orçamentação;Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio em mecânica, elétrica, funilaria e pintura automotiva;Habilidades Operacionais: Familiaridade com análise de indicadores, processos logísticos e fluxos de atendimento;Perfil Negociador: Capacidade de comunicação assertiva e habilidade para negociações técnicas com oficinas;CNH Categoria B: Habilitado com prática e experiência na condução de veículos leves.
