O Inspetor de Tráfego tem como missão executar atividades de inspeção e apoio operacional na rodovia, realizando atendimento a ocorrências, sinalização, orientação aos usuários e comunicação com o Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO), conforme procedimentos e normas de segurança viária.Responsabilidades e atribuições Atender diariamente todas as demandas acionadas pelo CCO, incluindo acidentes, incidentes, panes mecânicas em geral, apoio operacional e suporte à PRF. Realizar a sinalização dos atendimentos na rodovia, garantindo a segurança e a integridade dos colaboradores e usuários que estão recebendo o atendimento, indicando aos veículos que trafegam que existe uma ocorrência em andamento. Prestar atendimento aos usuários na base de apoio (SAU), fornecendo informações e orientações para sanar possíveis dúvidas, assegurando a qualidade dos serviços prestados e a satisfação dos usuários da rodovia. Realizar a inspeção de tráfego no trecho concessionado, fiscalizando a faixa de domínio e identificando possíveis situações que possam comprometer a segurança viária, como acessos irregulares, invasões, construções sem autorização, propagandas irregulares, entre outros. Seguir o atendimento padrão conforme manual de operação da Concessionária. Garantir o bom funcionamento e a limpeza da viatura, realizando o checklist e a inspeção regular das ferramentas e materiais, além de manter a base de atendimento organizada para assegurar a qualidade no atendimento aos usuários. Preencher o formulário padrão da empresa para todos os atendimentos, incluindo todos os dados do usuário, bem como as informações do veículo atendido, realizando também o registro fotográfico da ocorrência (quando necessário) e encaminhando-o ao CCO para registro. Realizar a comunicação com a Central de Controle Operacional (CCO) exclusivamente por meio da rede derádio, registrando dados, ocorrências, acionamentos e demais informações necessárias. Realizar, durante o serviço de inspeção, a retirada de objetos e animais da via, mantendo a segurança dos usuários e a fluidez do tráfego.
