O Inspetor Técnico de Manutenção é responsável por realizar inspeções técnicas e diagnóstico intermediário em caminhões, cavalos mecânicos, carretas e rodotrens, classificando a criticidade das ocorrências, priorizando atendimentos e direcionando os veículos ao fluxo adequado de manutenção. Receber e analisar checklists, relatos dos motoristas, evidências e histórico de manutenção, identificando falhas, causas prováveis e necessidades de manutenção corretiva, preventiva ou complementar. Validar e complementar ordens de serviço, definindo prioridades, sistemas afetados, necessidade de peças, testes e setor responsável. Direcionar os veículos às áreas competentes, contribuindo para a redução de falhas, retrabalhos, paradas indevidas e riscos operacionais, garantindo segurança, disponibilidade da frota e conformidade dos processos. Cumprir as normas gerais, de saúde e segurança do trabalho e as políticas internas da empresa. Venha fazer parte da nossa equipe atuando como Inspetor Técnico de Manutenção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar triagem técnica e diagnóstico intermediário de falhas em veículos de frota pesada. Classificar a criticidade das falhas (Segurança, Disponibilidade, Custo) e priorizar o atendimento. Validar e complementar a abertura de Ordens de Serviço (OS) com evidências e direcionamento correto.Inspecionar sistemas mecânicos (motor, transmissão), elétricos, pneumáticos e estruturais (implementos).Identificar e bloquear veículos com falhas críticas que comprometam a segurança ou operação. Analisar reincidências e retrabalhos, buscando a causa raiz das falhas recorrentes. Apoiar o PCM na programação da frota e definição de prioridades da oficina. Garantir a qualidade técnica dos registros, fotos e laudos de inspeção inicial. Orientar motoristas e treinar Inspetores de nível I em padrões de checklist e segurança. Avaliar sintomas de motor diesel, sistemas de arrefecimento e pós-tratamento. Inspecionar sistemas de freios pneumáticos, ABS/EBS e componentes de segurança. Analisar falhas elétricas, eletrônicas e interpretar alertas de painel e telemetria. Vistoriar estruturas de rodotrens, quintas rodas, pinos rei e pontos de acoplamento. Verificar folgas e ruídos em transmissões, diferenciais, cardans e suspensões. Registrar evidências fotográficas e descrições técnicas detalhadas no sistema. Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com a oficina e o planejamento de manutenção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo. Experiência comprovada (3 a 5 anos) em manutenção de frota pesada ou oficina diesel. Conhecimento intermediário em mecânica, elétrica e sistemas pneumáticos de caminhões. Domínio em abertura e gestão técnica de Ordens de Serviço (OS). Curso Técnico em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou Manutenção Automotiva. Conhecimento em sistemas de diagnóstico (scanners) e ferramentas de telemetria. Familiaridade com indicadores de manutenção e processos de PCM. Diagnóstico de falhas em motores diesel e sistemas de freio. Análise de criticidade e bloqueio técnico preventivo. Interpretação de diagramas elétricos e eletrônicos básicos.
