Desempenhar tarefas relacionadas a intervenções cirúrgicas, organizando adequadamente o instrumental de maneira padronizada, como também cuidar dos instrumentos e equipamentos utilizados no ato operatório.Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Preparar a sala cirúrgica em conjunto com o Técnico de Enfermagem, a fim de garantir com que o equipamento e instrumental necessários estejam disponíveis durante o ato cirúrgico;·        Prestar assistência à equipe por meio de procedimentos específicos, protocolos e rotinas estabelecidas pelas equipes médicas e de enfermagem, bem como fazer correto uso dos EPI’s em todas as situações de risco ocupacional;·        Atuar em projetos institucionais alinhados às ações de melhoria contínua dos processos, como redução de custos, certificações da qualidade entre outros;·        Participar da rotina de limpeza e preparo de sala, a fim de garantir a segurança do paciente durante os procedimentos;·        Participar do remanejamento de horário de acordo com o mapa cirúrgico;·        Conferir, preparar e manter organizado os materiais e equipamentos da unidade de atuação, conforme as rotinas definidas;·        Receber, conferir, registar, preparar e devolver materiais utilizados no procedimento cirúrgico conforme rotina definida;·       Apoiar o Técnico/ Auxiliar de enfermagem quando solicitado pela chefia imediata;·       Garantir o uso correto, seguro e confiável dos materiais de implantes, equipamentos e instrumentais;·       Ser um ponto de partida para a racionalização de despesas por parte dos sistemas de saúde, sem prejuízo de sua qualidade;·       Organizar e conferir seus materiais na sala cirúrgica;·       Separar materiais da casa quando usados concomitantemente com os consignados;·       Realizar a contagem de gases, compressas e agulhas conforme o protocolo da instituição;·       Em situações em que não tenha atividade como instrumentador cirúrgica, apoiar as unidades de CME e CC com a orientação do enfermeiro;·       Elaborar nota de gasto junto com circulante de sala.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico em Enfermagem concluído;Formação em Instrumentação Cirúrgica;COREN ativo;Desejável: experiência como Instrumentador.Informações adicionaisQuais benefícios oferecemos aos nossos funcionários? •   Assistência Médica•   Assistência Odontológica•   Vale Transporte•   Seguro de Vida•   Refeitório•   Auxílio Creche•   Ambulatório Médico•   Wellhub (Gympass)•   Day off de aniversário•   Cesta ou Vale de Natal•   Ações de Qualidade de Vida•   Programa de Somos + Saúde•   Conexa Saúde (Telemedicina)•   Premiação por tempo de casa•   Parcerias educacionais•   Parceria com SESC•   Convênio farmácia - Univers•   Desconto em estacionamentos da regiãoPara colaboradores que realizam jornada diária superior a 6h.Para mulheres que tenham filhos conforme convenção coletiva.Ativado no mês seguinte após os 90 dias do período de experiência.
