O Centro de Integração Empresa Escola - CIEE é uma instituição filantrópica sem fins lucrativos e de fins não econômicos, reconhecida como entidade de assistência social que, por meio de diversos programas, dentre eles o de aprendizagem e o estágio de estudantes, possibilita aos adolescentes e jovens uma formação integral, ingressando-os ao mundo do trabalho.O Instrutor de Aprendizagem tem um papel fundamental no Programa Aprendiz do CIEE, sendo responsável pela condução da capacitação, contribuindo diretamente na formação de jovens aprendizes para o mundo do trabalho.O CIEE tem um programa de diversidade que acolhe e respeita como você é e como quiser ser!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por ministrar encontros da capacitação teórica para adolescentes e jovens contratados no programa de aprendizagem, prestando apoio à equipe técnica nas questões pedagógicas dos Programas de Aprendizagem do CIEE, conforme legislação e suas portarias.Manter atualizadas informações dos jovens e a evolução dos encontros (cadastros, faltas e desempenho);Organizar espaço físico, equipamentos e materiais;Assimilar e multiplicar conteúdos diversos pertinentes à Capacitação, tais como: Cidadania – direitos e deveres, expressão verbal, leitura e interpretação de textos, rotinas administrativas, uso de conceitos matemáticos, noções básicas de economia/orçamentos (pessoais, domésticos, empresas) e atendimento ao cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completa em Administração de Empresas (com especialização em recursos humanos ou áreas educacionais), Gestão Comercial, Agronegócio, Gestão da Produção, Comunicação Social, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Licenciatura, Psicologia, Serviço Social, Logística e/ou Áreas de Tecnologia; Necessário ter sólida experiência em condução de treinamentos.Será um diferencial ter experiência em algum dos segmentos: Indústria da carne, Logística, Telemarketing, Agronegócio, Administrativo, Recursos Humanos, Comércio Varejista, Instituições Financeiras, Tecnologia, Indústrias Automobilísticas ou de Alimentos.Buscamos profissionais que tenham forte identificação com a área de responsabilidade social e atuação com jovens.Disponibilidade para deslocar para as localidades:  Estância,  Itabaiana,  Nossa Senhora da Glória e Aracaju
