Buscamos profissionais de alta senioridade técnica para atuar como Especialistas Facilitadores no Programa de Modernização de Engenharia de empresa no ramo bancário. O programa visa elevar a maturidade da engenharia dentro do banco, cobrindo desde o nivelamento de Analistas de Legado até debates arquiteturais avançados com Especialistas CIO e Especialistas CTO. O diferencial desta posição é a exigência de domínio técnico real em cenários de alta criticidade, não apenas conhecimento didático. A metodologia de ensino do programa é focada no modelo 70:20:10 (prática, troca entre pares e instrução formal), exigindo condução de laboratórios reais e estudos de caso.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Especialista em Engenharia de Software ModernaFoco Técnico: Linguagens modernas (Java/Kotlin, Python, Go ou Node.js), princípios SOLID, design de APIs REST, arquitetura orientada a eventos (Kafka, RabbitMQ), pipelines de CI/CD, GitOps, TDD e observabilidade. 2. Especialista em Nuvem & PlataformaFoco Técnico: Arquiteturas multi-cloud (AWS e Azure), containers (Docker), Kubernetes em produção, infraestrutura como código (Terraform), FinOps, Plataforma como Produto (IDP) e service mesh. 3. Especialista em Arquitetura de Software & DomínioFoco Técnico: System Design para sistemas Tier 0/1, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), CQRS, escalabilidade para picos financeiros e documentação arquitetural (Diagramas C4, ADRs).

4. Especialista em Dados, Segurança & Confiabilidade (SRE) Foco Técnico: Modelagem financeira, governança regulatória (BACEN, LGPD, PCI-DSS), segurança zero-trust, SRE (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets), Disaster Recovery e Chaos Engineering.

Requisitos e qualificações ResponsabilidadesConduzir módulos práticos, substituindo aulas expositivas por laboratórios com peso real na carga horária, trazendo casos concretos de produção e incidentes. Calibrar a profundidade do conteúdo para turmas de maturidades muito distintas, desde o analista em requalificação técnica até a liderança técnica do banco (CTOs/CIOs). Fornecer feedback técnico individual em turmas de até 20 profissionais e conduzir bancas de apresentação/avaliação. Participar ativamente de reuniões de alinhamento de escopo e do briefing conjunto com a Academia Tech, garantindo a personalização dos exercícios ao contexto real do banco.
