Então venha fazer parte do time da Randoncorp!Temos uma oportunidade de INSTRUTOR(A) DE TREINAMENTO na RANDON CAXIAS no TURNO 1!#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorpResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesNesta posição, suas principais atividades serão:Atuar proativamente no planejamento dos treinamentos sob a sua responsabilidade sugerindo necessidades de treinamento através de análise de dados individuais e coletivos, em conjunto com a Gerência, Coordenação e Liderança e da área de Pessoas e Cultura;Elaborar o material de treinamento baseado em políticas, procedimento, legislação e instruções de trabalho da área de atuação visando o comprometimento das pessoas em relação a manutenção dos padrões e melhoria da segurança, qualidade e produtividade;Realizar treinamento teórico e prático por meio de metodologias de ensino, didáticas e recursos adequados ao público, buscando desenvolver as competências técnicas e comportamentais do treinando, a fim de assegurar a qualificação do mesmo nas atividades do posto de trabalho;Assegurar que as pessoas estejam treinadas e qualificadas de acordo com a Matriz de Versatilidade mantendo-a atualizada, sinalizando a falta de requisitos para a realização da atividade, buscando o padrão desejável de capacitação;Garantir o atendimento aos requisitos exigidos no perfil de cargo incluindo novos funcionários buscando a eliminação das pendências individuais e gerando os indicadores de capacitação da área;Buscar atualização contínua através de leituras capacitações e interface com as áreas geradoras de necessidade de treinamento com o intuito de aprimorar o aprendizado dos funcionário;Aplicar e analisar a avaliação de reação e de conhecimento, utilizando ferramentas adequadas garantindo a eficácia dos treinamentos, auditando o processo e certificando-se da aplicação do conhecimento na atividade e gerando um plano de ação para corrigir possíveis lacunas no processo de aprendizagem.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar do processo, fique atento(a) aos seguintes requisitos:Ensino médio completo;LID e Metrologia;ISO9001;NR 11 - Ponte, Talha e KBK - FormaçãoInformática Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho:Turno 1 - Das 7h12 às 17h.
