Faça parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNessa vaga, suas atribuições serão:Recepcionar os aprendizes, atribuir atividades e oportunizar ao jovem estabelecer comparativos entre os temas abordados e as práticas atuais do mundo do trabalho;Utilizar técnicas de exposição do conteúdo previsto em roteiro, aplicar avaliações diárias, orientações, tratativa de faltas e feedback ao jovem aprendiz;Realizar atividades administrativas educacionais, tais como: registro de frequência, notas, comportamento e desempenho dos aprendizes;Organizar a logística de sala de treinamento (espaço físico, equipamentos e materiais de escritório);Orientar jovens, durante pesquisa e apresentação, na utilização de Editores de Texto, Planilhas Eletrônicas e Softwares de Apresentação.O que esperamos de você:Visão do contexto corporativo e do mercado de trabalho;Capacidade de relacionar teoria e prática ao contexto do mercado de trabalho;Foco no desenvolvimento de competências técnicas e comportamentais dos jovens;Visão de gestão, protagonismo e responsabilidade;Postura colaborativa, flexível e orientada ao desenvolvimento de pessoas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Formação exigida: Ensino superior completo (Bacharelado ou Licenciatura) ou Tecnólogo com pós-graduação, preferencialmente em áreas relacionadas à Educação, Desenvolvimento Humano, Administração, Gestão e Comunicação.Habilidade para atuar com grupos de forma dinâmica, acolhedora e engajadora;Disponibilidade para se atuar 100% presencial em Campinas/SP Desejável:Vivência anterior como Instrutor de Aprendizagem ou atuação em programas de aprendizagem profissional voltados a jovens aprendizes.Conhecimento da Lei da Aprendizagem e das rotinas relacionadas à formação de aprendizes.Informações adicionaisFaixa salarial: R$ 3.500 a R$ 4.000 (CLT)Carga horária: 6h45 por dia (segunda a sexta)Das 08h às 14h45 com 30 minutos de intervaloBenefícios oferecidos:Vale-refeição: R$ 23,96 por diaVale-alimentação: R$ 230,72 mensaisPlano de saúde com coparticipação (após o período de experiência)Seguro de vidaVale-transporteTotal Pass
