Colaborando assim com outros profissionais e equipes interdisciplinares para garantir uma abordagem integrada e holística no desenvolvimento dos aprendizes;Registrar intercorrências envolvendo os adolescentes/jovens no formulário especifico e repassa-lo para a Pedagoga, assim como, colocar em prática as estratégias estabelecidas, junto a Equipe de Referência, nos Estudos de Casos;Elaborar o relatório descritivo individual e, junto a Equipe de Referência, o planejamento semestral e anual, assim como, contribuir na elaboração do Relatório de Atividades e Plano de Ação para os Conselhos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Superior completo – prioritariamente nas áreas de humanas.Conhecimento:Conhecimento sólido em teorias pedagógicas e práticas de educação social, incluindo abordagens educacionais centradas no aprendiz, pedagogia da autonomia e educação para o trabalho;Familiaridade com o conteúdo programático estabelecido para as ações socioeducativas, compreendendo os objetivos, métodos e temas a serem abordados;Compreensão das leis e regulamentos relacionados ao trabalho de aprendizes, direitos trabalhistas e responsabilidades dos empregadores, conforme legislação específica da aprendizagem;Conhecimento sobre estratégias de desenvolvimento profissional, habilidades socioemocionais e preparação para o mundo do trabalho, visando à capacitação e inserção dos aprendizes;Familiaridade com diferentes metodologias de ensino e aprendizagem, adaptáveis às necessidades e características individuais dos aprendizes, promovendo uma educação inclusiva e participativa; Domínio e capacidade de aplicação dos conceitos sobre a CNV (comunicação não violentaInformações adicionaisCarga Horária: 200h mêsHorário: 08h às 17:00 ou 09: às 18:00 (Segunda a Sexta-feira)Benefícios:Vale transporte;Refeição no local;Seguro de vida;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Convênio com o SESC;Descontos em academias e práticas esportivas (Wellhub);Parcerias educacionais com descontos em cursos e faculdades;Programa de capacitação e treinamento.
