Responsabilidades e atribuições · Ministração de Aulas: Conduzir os módulos teóricos básicos e específicos (como Comunicação, Raciocínio Lógico, Cidadania, Direitos do Trabalho, Diversidade e Tecnologia) e conteúdos complementares voltados ao desenvolvimento de competências comportamentais (soft skills);· Planejamento Pedagógico: Elaborar planos de aula, metodologias ativas e materiais didáticos alinhados às diretrizes do Manual da Aprendizagem e à matriz curricular aprovada pelo Ministério do Trabalho.· Acompanhamento do Aprendizado: Avaliar o desempenho dos jovens por meio de atividades individuais e em grupo, trabalhos práticos, avaliações e observação contínua de postura profissional;· Gestão de Turma: Controlar a frequência, pontualidade e engajamento dos aprendizes, identificando e intervindo em casos de evasão, dificuldades de aprendizagem e acompanhamento do desenvolvimento comportamental;· Registro Acadêmico: Manter atualizados os diários de classe, lançando avaliações de desempenho, frequências, relatórios individuais e pareceres pedagógicos nos sistemas da instituição;·  Interface Pedagógica: Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com a coordenação pedagógica e, quando necessário, desenvolver parecere que contribuam para as atividades do jovem na empresa parceira;· Desenvolvimento Humano: Atuar como facilitador e mentor, estimulando o pensamento crítico, a ética, o trabalho em equipe, a responsabilidade e o protagonismo jovem;· Direcionamentos: Acionar a equipe administrativa ou social do Instituto Porto na observação de qualquer ponto de atenção dos jovens aprendizes que impactem o desenvolvimento no programa.

Requisitos e qualificações · Escolaridade: Formação superior completa em Pedagogia, Licenciaturas (Letras, História, Filosofia, etc.), Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;·  Experiência anterior em docência, facilitação de grupos ou treinamento e desenvolvimento de adolescentes e jovens;·  Conhecimento das diretrizes da Lei da Aprendizagem (Lei nº 10.097/2000);·  Domínio de metodologias ativas de aprendizagem e desejável conhecimento em ferramentas digitais de ensino;·  Ter disponibilidade para atuar 30 horas semanais.
