Com mais de 20 anos de história e presença global, a companhia é referência em inovação, qualidade e sustentabilidade, atuando em diversos países e mercados estratégicos.Buscamos um(a) IT Business System Specialist para atuação em São Paulo/SP, responsável por ser o principal ponto de contato entre as áreas de negócio e a área de TI no Brasil. Esta posição terá papel fundamental no suporte funcional dos sistemas corporativos, especialmente SAP, garantindo a continuidade das operações, a resolução de incidentes e a evolução dos processos de negócio. Além da atuação técnica, será responsável por construir uma relação próxima com os usuários internos, traduzindo necessidades operacionais em soluções sistêmicas e apoiando iniciativas de melhoria contínua e transformação digital.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como parceiro de negócio das áreas internas, oferecendo suporte funcional de primeiro nível;Prestar suporte aos usuários dos módulos SAP, principalmente SAP SD e SAP MM;Analisar e solucionar incidentes sistêmicos, realizando troubleshooting e gestão de chamados;Realizar triagem e escalonamento de demandas para consultorias e times especializados quando necessário;Atuar como principal interface entre usuários, negócio e fornecedores de tecnologia;Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio para melhorias sistêmicas;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, automação e otimização de processos;Conduzir testes funcionais e apoiar atividades de User Acceptance Testing (UAT);Apoiar integrações entre SAP, CRM, WMS e demais sistemas corporativos;Elaborar documentações funcionais, fluxos de processos e materiais de treinamento;Conduzir treinamentos e apoiar a gestão de mudanças junto aos usuários finais;Monitorar padrões de utilização dos sistemas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;Atuar em conjunto com equipes globais de TI e stakeholders internacionais;Garantir comunicação clara sobre mudanças sistêmicas, incidentes e novas funcionalidades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida com SAP, especialmente nos módulos SD (Sales & Distribution) e MM (Materials Management);Vivência com suporte funcional e atendimento a usuários de negócio;Conhecimento dos processos de Vendas, Logística, Customer Service e Finanças;Experiência em levantamento de requisitos, análise de negócios e melhoria de processos;Vivência com testes funcionais e UAT;Experiência com integrações entre SAP e outros sistemas corporativos;Inglês avançado/fluente para interação frequente com times globais;Excelente comunicação e capacidade de traduzir temas técnicos para áreas de negócio;Perfil organizado, proativo e com forte orientação ao cliente interno.Informações adicionais🩺 Plano de saúde🦷 Plano odontológico;💼 Seguro de vida;🥗 Alimentação: VA R$500,00 e VR R$1.100,00 💼 VT💰 PLRModelo híbrido: 3 dias presenciais e 2 dias remotos (São Paulo/SP)Endereço: Av.
