Aqui, cada ideia conta, cada talento contribui e cada conquista é resultado do esforço coletivo.Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo Logístico, que atuará em nossa matriz, apoiando as rotinas administrativas e operacionais, com foco no controle de processos, organização de informações e suporte às áreas envolvidas na operação logística.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar controle administrativo de entradas e saídas de mercadorias no CD;Apoiar na conferência de documentos e lançamentos em sistema;Controlar e organizar planilhas e relatórios operacionais;Atuar em interface com a portaria, apoiando nos processos de acesso e movimentação de cargas;Auxiliar no controle de estoque e inventários cíclicos;Apoiar na análise de divergências e tratativas junto às áreas responsáveis;Organizar arquivos e documentos administrativos;Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas da operação logística.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (superior cursando será um diferencial);Conhecimento em Excel (intermediário será um diferencial);Experiência com rotinas administrativas ou logísticas;Noções de controle de estoque e movimentação de materiais;Conhecimento básico em sistemas ERP;Boa comunicação e organização;Atenção aos detalhes e senso de responsabilidade.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde Unimed Nacional (sem mensalidade para o titular).Plano Odontológico Nacional, extensível para familiares.Wellhub.Refeição no local.Estacionamento gratuito.PPR (Até 1,5 salários/ano, conforme política interna).
