Aqui, cada ideia conta, cada talento contribui e cada conquista é resultado do esforço coletivo.Estamos em busca de um(a) Conferente de Logística, que atuará diretamente nos processos de recebimento, armazenagem, separação e expedição de materiais e produtos no Centro de Distribuição.Esse(a) profissional será responsável por garantir a conferência física e sistêmica dos materiais, assegurando a acuracidade das informações, o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e a qualidade das movimentações de estoque. Atuará de forma integrada com as equipes de logística, contribuindo para a eficiência da operação e o atendimento dos padrões de qualidade e segurança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a conferência de materiais e produtos nos processos de recebimento, armazenagem, separação e expedição;Conferir quantidades, códigos, descrições, lotes e condições físicas dos materiais, garantindo a conformidade com os documentos e sistemas;Validar notas fiscais, pedidos e demais documentos relacionados às movimentações de estoque;Identificar e registrar divergências entre o material físico e as informações sistêmicas, encaminhando para tratativa quando necessário;Garantir a correta identificação e organização dos produtos durante as movimentações no Centro de Distribuição;Realizar registros das movimentações de entrada e saída de materiais no sistema ERP e/ou WMS;Apoiar as atividades de inventário cíclico e geral, realizando contagens físicas e contribuindo para a acuracidade do estoque;Acompanhar o carregamento e descarregamento de mercadorias, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos estabelecidos;Auxiliar na organização das áreas de recebimento, armazenagem e expedição;Zelar pela integridade dos produtos, equipamentos e instalações durante a execução das atividades;Cumprir os procedimentos operacionais, normas de qualidade e segurança do trabalho;Apoiar as demais atividades da operação logística sempre que necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência prévia como Conferente, Operador de Logística ou em atividades de conferência de materiais e estoque;Conhecimento em processos de recebimento, armazenagem, separação e expedição;Conhecimento básico em sistemas ERP e/ou WMS;Noções de conferência de documentos fiscais e movimentação de estoque;Atenção aos detalhes e capacidade para identificar divergências;Organização, responsabilidade e comprometimento;Capacidade para trabalhar em equipe e seguir procedimentos operacionais;Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente de Centro de Distribuição;Desejável experiência com peças, máquinas, ferramentas ou componentes.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde Unimed Nacional (sem mensalidade para o titular);Plano Odontológico Nacional, extensível para familiares;Wellhub;Auxílio Creche (para filhos de até 6 anos);Vale Refeição;Bônus Assiduidade - pós período de experiência;Vale Mercado - pós período de experiência;Auxílio Combustível;Café da Manhã;PPR (até 1,5 salário/ano, conforme política interna).
