Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e desenvolver a equipe, acompanhando prioridades, desempenho, resultados e promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de alta performance;Liderar coordenadores, engenheiros e analistas de Logística nas atividades operacionais e de apoio;Elaborar e acompanhar planos de trabalho, metas e indicadores de desempenho, garantindo o cumprimento dos resultados estabelecidos;Gerenciar as operações de transporte e logística, assegurando eficiência, qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos de entrega;Garantir o correto registro e controle das operações, incluindo o acompanhamento de devoluções e tratativas necessárias;Gerenciar o abastecimento e o fluxo de movimentação de materiais e produtos na operação, incluindo o acompanhamento de inventários cíclicos;Analisar e reportar resultados operacionais, identificando oportunidades e implementando ações de melhoria contínua;Gerenciar planos de ação para correção de desvios, ocorrências e oportunidades identificadas nos processos logísticos;Gerenciar os custos relacionados à armazenagem, movimentação e transporte, buscando eficiência operacional e otimização dos recursos;Atuar de forma integrada com as demais áreas, promovendo alinhamento entre transporte, armazenagem, operação e demais interfaces da cadeia logística.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em coordenação de operações logísticas, incluindo armazenagem, expedição e transporte;Conhecimento em gestão de estoques, inventários e controle de materiais;Experiência com gestão de indicadores (KPIs), análise de resultados e elaboração de planos de ação;Vivência com sistemas de gestão logística, como WMS, ERP e/ou TMS;Conhecimento em Excel em nível intermediário ou avançado;Experiência com gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de pessoas;Conhecimento em melhoria contínua, otimização de processos e redução de custos logísticos será considerado um diferencial;Perfil analítico, organizado, orientado a resultados e com visão sistêmica da operação logística.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde Unimed Nacional (sem mensalidade para o titular).Plano Odontológico Nacional, extensível para familiares.WellhubEstacionamento GratuitoRefeição no local.PPR (Até 1,5 salários/ano, conforme política interna).
