Esta es nuestra forma de desarrollar la minería, siempre conectados a los cambios, con personas comprometidas, inspiradas y en constante desarrollo.¡Únete a Nexa y forma parte de la minería que se mueve con el mundo!Responsabilidades y atribucionesGestionar y administrar el suministro, generación, transformación y distribución de Energía Eléctrica en Alta Tensión (220 KV y 220 MW) en la unidad de Cajamarquilla con el fin de garantizar la energía requerida para la operación. Liderar la gestión del mantenimiento eléctrico programado para el sistema de distribución eléctrica.

Controlar los KPI's corporativos y locales de energía e indicadores de seguridad en las instalaciones eléctricas.Coordinar y participar en las Auditorias con las organizaciones corporativas y gubernamentales para asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y normas legales con el Ministerio de Energía y Minas, Osinergmin, COES (Comité de Operación de Energía del sistema). Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto de energía. Asesorar en sistemas y equipamientos eléctricos a las diferentes áreas. Dirigir la co-generación y suministro de energia eléctrica a Cajamarquilla. Gestionar los mantenimientos de los equipos de Alta Tensión.Requisitos y calificacionesIngeniero Eléctrico, Mecánico, Mecatrónico o carreras afines, titulado y colegiado.Experiencia mínima de 4 años en posiciones similares.Conocimiento en análisis de equipamiento eléctrico, gestión energética y seguridad en instalaciones eléctricas complejas.Deseable, Especialización en equipos especiales y críticos de una instalación en Alta, Media y Baja Tensión.
