Ao longo do curso de Assistente Técnico de Vendas, os jovens irão desenvolver conhecimentos e habilidades importantes para a vida profissional, por meio de atividades em sala de aula, projetos, situações práticas de aprendizagem e vivências relacionadas à rotina comercial da Madesa.Durante o programa, serão trabalhados temas como:Organização e gerenciamento de tarefas;Comunicação;Trabalho em equipe;Iniciativa;Pensamento crítico;Resolução de situações do dia a dia;Noções sobre os processos de vendas nacional e internacional.Ao longo dessa jornada, os jovens também terão contato com procedimentos, ferramentas e boas práticas utilizadas na rotina da Madesa, sempre considerando as normas de qualidade, saúde, segurança e meio ambiente.O objetivo é proporcionar uma formação que contribua para o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal dos jovens.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar do processo seletivo, é necessário atender a todos os requisitos abaixo: Ter 15 anos ou mais;

Estar matriculado(a) e cursando o Ensino Médio em 2027;Ter disponibilidade para realizar o curso presencialmente no seguinte horário: 12h45min às 16h45min Apresentar boletim/parecer escolar durante o processo seletivo.
