Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será a sua rotina? - Conferir e arquivar documentos, formulários, impressos ou relatórios diversos;- Classificar materiais ou documentos segundo normas estabelecidas;- Controlar estoque de materiais;- Preencher requisição de material para retirada no estoque;- Auxiliar no controle de comissões de vendas;- Cadastrar dados no micro;- Auxiliar no preenchimento de guias e formulários diversos;- Fazer atendimento ao público, pessoalmente ou por telefone;- Conferir índices de produção em planilhas;- Auxiliar na emissão e conferência de relatórios;- Auxiliar na emissão de notas fiscais;- Preencher planilhas para controle de registros;- Receber, identificar e distribuir correspondência para público interno;- Organizar documentos de fluxo de caixa;- Auxiliar na conservação, indexação e catalogação de documentos;- Preencher formulários ou planilhas eletrônicas com os dados recebidos de áreas diversas;- Fazer levantamento de custos para elaboração de orçamentos;- Auxiliar na conferência e preparação de documentos a serem processados;- Fornecer informações e orientar clientes sobre produtos e serviços;- Receber e classificar materiais por grupos de estoque;- Auxiliar no controle de entrada e saída de materiais;- Auxiliar no controle de entrada e saída de notas fiscais;- Auxiliar nos procedimentos administrativos realizados nos diversos setores/deptos;- Elaborar relatórios de entrada e saída de materiais do estoque;- Fazer a confirmação de dados cadastrais de clientes para atualização de banco de dados.*Atividades acima distribuídas entre Aprendizes de cada setor.Atendimento as Normas Internas Valgroup. Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação do local de trabalho, instalações, e recursos oferecidos pela empresa paraexecução do trabalho;. Participar, contribuir e cumprir com os procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão Integrado, comprometendo-se com suaspolíticas;. Prestar rígida observância a todos procedimentos e valores da empresa, conforme os programas e treinamentos recebidos,de acordo com a unidade que esteja alocado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de instrução mínimo: Ensino Médio Completo ou Cursando. Maior de 18 anos.
