O Programa Jovem Aprendiz Bemisa é uma oportunidade para o desenvolvimento profissional de jovens da comunidade e dependentes de colaboradores, proporcionando capacitação teórica e experiência prática para ingresso no mercado de trabalho.Nesta edição, os participantes poderão ser selecionados para um dos seguintes cursos de aprendizagem realizados em parceria com o SENAI de Timóteo:Aprendizagem Industrial em Construtor de Edificações;Aprendizagem Industrial em Manutenção de Sistemas de Automação Industrial;Aprendizagem Industrial em Assistente de Planejamento e Controle da Produção.Haverá contratação para participação na etapa teórica do programa, sendo que algumas vagas também contemplarão a realização da prática profissional na Bemisa, proporcionando uma vivência ainda mais completa no ambiente corporativo.O processo seletivo será composto pelas etapas de triagem de inscrições, dinâmica de grupo e entrevista.Vem ser Bemisa!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar das atividades teóricas do Programa de Aprendizagem junto ao SENAI;Cumprir a carga horária e as atividades previstas no programa de formação;Desenvolver competências técnicas e comportamentais para o mercado de trabalho;Demonstrar comprometimento, disciplina e interesse pelo aprendizado;Para os jovens selecionados para a etapa prática, realizar atividades supervisionadas na Bemisa, alinhadas ao conteúdo do curso e ao plano de aprendizagem.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPoderão participar jovens da comunidade e dependentes dos colaboradores da Bemisa que:

Estejam cursando ou tenham concluído o Ensino Médio; Tenham disponibilidade para realizar o curso no SENAI de Timóteo, de segunda a sexta-feira, nos períodos matutino e vespertino; Tenham entre 14 e 20 anos de idade; Não tenham participado anteriormente de outro Programa de Aprendizagem; Possuam interesse em aprender, desenvolver novas competências e construir uma trajetória profissional.

Importante: A inscrição no programa não garante a contratação. Os candidatos serão avaliados conforme os critérios estabelecidos para cada etapa do processo seletivo.
