A atuação será na nossa Matriz da América do Sul, localizada na cidade de São Paulo, prestando suporte para as áreas que atendem e apoiam a nossa rede franqueada.Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para iniciar sua carreira em um ambiente que valoriza o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal, em uma das maiores redes de educação do mundo.O(a) Jovem Aprendiz dará suporte às rotinas administrativas da equipe, com foco em atividades como:Elaborar e atualizar planilhas no Excel com dados numéricos das unidades;Inserir despesas para reembolso no Sistema Workflow;Apoiar nos fechamentos e consolidação de relatórios;Atualizar dados e realizar envios de relatórios nos sistemas internos;Dar suporte aos treinamentos administrativos;Criar apresentações e artes simples utilizando o Canva;Organizar documentos e arquivos físicos e digitais;Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento de planilhas internas;Apoiar na rotina de atendimento por e-mail e telefone, quando necessário;Auxiliar em tarefas gerais de escritório, como preparação de materiais, envio de comunicados e apoio logístico a atividades internas;Participar de reuniões online via Microsoft Teams, acompanhando a equipe em atividades e alinhamentos internos;Contribuir com demandas administrativas que variam conforme a área de atuação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara a posição de Jovem Aprendiz Administrativo no Kumon Instituto de Educação América do Sul, os requisitos e perfil desejado são:Podem se candidatar jovens que estejam cursando Ensino Médio, Técnico ou Superior, assim como aqueles que já tenham concluído o Ensino Médio.Ter idade entre 18 e 21 anos (conforme a legislação do programa de aprendizagem);Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;Capacidade de organização e gestão de tempo;Proatividade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Vontade de aprender e se desenvolver profissionalmente;Gosto pelos estudos e interesse em crescer em um ambiente educacionalConhecimento intermediário de inglês e espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
