O(A) profissional terá a oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos sobre processos, sistemas, gestão de informações e rotinas corporativas, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência das atividades da área. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na organização e controle de documentos, relatórios e registros da área. Apoiar na atualização de planilhas, indicadores e controles administrativos. Realizar acompanhamento de solicitações, chamados e demandas internas. Auxiliar na elaboração de apresentações, atas de reunião e comunicados. Apoiar a gestão de inventário de equipamentos e recursos tecnológicos. Realizar lançamentos e consultas em sistemas corporativos. Acompanhar cronogramas e atividades de projetos da área de Tecnologia. Auxiliar no controle de acessos, treinamentos e documentação dos colaboradores. Apoiar a equipe em atividades administrativas relacionadas a processos e melhoriascontínuas. Participar de treinamentos e programas de capacitação oferecidos pela empresa. Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Médio e/ou Técnico.Senso de responsabilidade e ética profissional.Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook). Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Interesse por tecnologia, inovação e transformação digital. Organização e atenção aos detalhes. Comprometimento com prazos e qualidade das entregas. Disponibilidade para atuação 3 vezes por semana presencial na região do Jabaquara.Desejável:Inglês intermediário.Informações adicionaisCondições:Modelo híbrido, com presença necessária em nosso escritório no bairro do Jabaquara (São Paulo/SP), 3 vezes por semana e 1 dia no centro de treinamento do Saber.Horário: 9h às 16h segunda a sextaBenefícios:Vale transporte.Vale Refeição.Seguro de Vida.
