São 4 vagas para atuação nas áreas administrativas do nosso escritório em Salvador/BA, no curso de Assistente de Logística e Gestão Industrial.O contrato é de aprendizagem, pela CLT, com duração de 12 meses e possibilidade de renovação por até 24. Os primeiros 15 dias são dedicados integralmente à formação na entidade qualificadora; a partir do 16º dia começam as atividades práticas na empresa, sempre alinhadas ao conteúdo do curso.O que faz o Crescendo com Precisão diferente:Trilha em quatro trimestres — a cada trimestre você assume atividades mais complexas, acompanhando a evolução do curso;Agenda Precisa — encontro semanal de uma hora de desenvolvimento, com 48 sessões distribuídas em seis blocos temáticos;Orientador formalmente designado para acompanhar sua prática, além de um padrinho ou madrinha para apoiar sua adaptação;Avaliações formais a cada 90 dias, com autoavaliação e devolutiva individual.Aqui você não é mão de obra barata: é alguém em formação, com plano, acompanhamento e tempo para crescer.
