Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDurante sua jornada como Jovem Aprendiz na área Comercial (Call Center), você terá a oportunidade de aprender na prática e desenvolver habilidades profissionais por meio de atividades como:

Aprender sobre os processos e rotinas da área comercial; Realizar contatos telefônicos com clientes, sempre com orientação e acompanhamento da equipe; Apoiar os atendimentos e contribuir para um relacionamento positivo com os clientes; Aprender a utilizar sistemas e ferramentas de atendimento e registro de informações; Auxiliar na atualização de cadastros e registros de clientes; Apoiar a equipe nas atividades administrativas e operacionais da área; Desenvolver habilidades de comunicação, atendimento e negociação por meio de treinamentos e vivências práticas; Participar de capacitações e ações de desenvolvimento oferecidas pela empresa; Colaborar com a equipe, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosTer entre 14 e 24 anos;Estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio;Disponibilidade para atuar conforme a carga horária do Programa Jovem Aprendiz;Conhecimentos básicos do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);Interesse em desenvolver habilidades de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente.DesejáveisEstar cursando Ensino Superior;Interesse pela área comercial e de relacionamento com clientes;Facilidade para aprender novas ferramentas e processos;Experiência anterior em atividades escolares, projetos ou ações que envolvam comunicação com pessoas.Competências comportamentaisBoa comunicação verbal;Cordialidade e empatia no atendimento;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade;Responsabilidade e comprometimento;Vontade de aprender e se desenvolver;Trabalho em equipe;Relacionamento interpessoal.
